About the Program

Many emerging leaders are promoted because they excel at their work. Leading people well requires a different set of skills. Leading With Intention™ bridges that gap.

Participants often join through their organization, either as part of a cohort or as an individual high-potential leader. You can also enroll directly. If you’re ready to grow, you don’t have to wait for your organization to take the first step. Regardless of how you join, you’ll follow the same ten-month program, with the same structure and capstone project.

Leading With Intention™ goes beyond a one-day workshop. It is a ten-month experience grounded in consistent practice, honest reflection, and meaningful connection. Participants apply what they learn to the leadership challenges they face every day.

How Participants Are Supported

Leaders do not grow in isolation. Every participant is supported by three key people throughout the journey.

Facilitator
Leads engaging monthly sessions that bring the content to life, spark discussion, and connect learning to real leadership behavior.

Mentor
Meets one on one with the participant between sessions to listen, challenge, and help translate learning into meaningful action.

Workplace Manager
Supports the participant's growth, provides feedback on behavior in real time, and celebrates impact at graduation.

Delivery Options

*Every option follows the same ten-month Leading With Intention™ program. What changes is how you join and who provides facilitation and mentoring.

Fully Internal
Your organization provides the facilitator and internal mentors. Centered People Solutions provides the program, guides, training and consultation to help your team deliver the experience.

Externally Facilitated
Centered People Solutions facilitates the monthly sessions, while your organization provides internal mentors. We help recruit and onboard those mentors so they’re prepared to support participants.

Individual Enrollment
You enroll directly, whether or not your employer is involved. I serve as both your facilitator and mentor, guiding your monthly sessions and tailoring your capstone to real challenges in your current role.
