I’m often brought in when things feel unclear, reactive, or difficult to manage, and my role is to help leadership teams move forward with structure, sound judgment, and confidence.
My work is grounded in a belief that organizations function best when there is clarity, alignment, and consistency. When those things are missing, even strong teams struggle. When they’re present, everything works more effectively.
Outside of my work, I value time to reset and stay grounded, often with my dogs or in ways that support clarity and balance.

My Approach
I approach HR differently than traditional models. My focus isn’t on surface-level fixes or overly complex processes. It’s on understanding what’s actually happening, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with the organization.

Why “Centered People Solutions”
The name Centered People Solutions reflects both how organizations operate and how people are supported within them.
When organizations are centered, decisions are more intentional, communication is more consistent, and people systems function as they should. At the same time, centering people means creating environments where expectations are clear, leadership is aligned, and employees are set up to succeed.
My goal is to help organizations bring both of those into alignment, especially when things feel reactive, complex, or misaligned.
